2. Platform Responsibility

NautiLocker does not take responsibility for the actions, conduct, or representations of buyers or sellers using the platform. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, the quality of items, or the reliability of users. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers at their own risk.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the condition and authenticity of items before purchase
• Conducting transactions in a safe and secure manner
• Ensuring all items comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Providing accurate information in listings and communications
• Resolving disputes directly with other users

4. Safe Transactions

All goods bought and sold through NautiLocker must be transacted in a safe manner. Users are encouraged to:

• Meet in public, safe locations when exchanging items
• Inspect items thoroughly before completing transactions

• Report suspicious activity to platform administrators

Users may not list or sell:

• Job listings or employment opportunities (NautiLocker is for goods only)
